Construction Safety

The ongoing safety of workers on a construction site is of paramount importance. Workers want to work in a safe environment, and yet they will sometimes take shortcuts or exhibit behavior that jeopardizes not only their health and safety, but the health and safety of those around them. And when staff get hurt on the job, it is probable that the accident will be investigated by OSHA. If this happens, you can be nearly certain that OSHA will levy fines.

It is ESA’s goal to keep your company compliant with OSHA regulations. ESA can help you write, customize, upgrade, and/or conduct your health and safety training program. All site workers, depending upon the nature of the work, must take required training. Moreover, almost every construction project must have a customized health and safety program. When you are actually working on a site, ESA can provide periodic health and safety inspections. It is ESA’s goal to keep your company compliant with OSHA regulations.
