[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator css_animation=”fadeInLeft” type=”small” position=”left” color=”#8aba57″][vc_column_text css=””]Joseph Novelli is one of ESA’s in-house Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs), working to help ESA’s New Jersey clients remain in compliance with environmental site remediation activities.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Joe has over 30 years of experience with site assessment, investigation, and remediation projects. His experience includes NJDEP Preliminary Assessments (PA)<\/strong><\/a>, Site Investigations (SI)<\/strong><\/a>, Remedial Investigations (RI)<\/strong><\/a>; Remedial Action Workplans (RAW); Remedial Actions (RA) and Response Action Outcomes (RAO), with over 90 RAOs issued to date. He has also completed over 150 ASTM Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESA). His experience has mainly encompassed industrial and commercial properties. Joe was one of the first LSRPs licensed in October 2009, and he is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey since 1997. He received his BS and MS degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University in 1989 and 1996, respectively.<\/p>\n

Joe holds OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour, 8-hour Supervisor, and NJDEP Underground Storage Tank Certifications.[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”normal”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″]
