For ESA’s property management and portfolio manager clientele who require periodic confirmation that tenants are complying with the terms of their lease agreements. Some lease agreements contain special restrictions which prohibit the use and/or storage of hazardous substances or require that environmental permits be maintained. ESA will perform an environmental audit inspection to review the type of operation, review available environmental databases, identify potential high-risk conditions, and provide recommendations for the tenant and owner.
