Ed Spallone is Team ESA’s Controller and Business Manager with responsibility for all accounting and human resource functions. He is the company’s liaison with ESA’s outside accounting firm, and he manages all bank, insurance, and employee benefit relationships. He also works closely with ESA’s CEO  to improve internal controls and financial processes and operations.

Ed has over twenty-five years’ experience in finance, having previously worked in public accounting, at Archie Comic Publications, and Marvel Entertainment. He holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York.
