Melissa Joseph
Melissa Joseph gathers and analyzes data that she synthesizes into clear and concise reports for both clients and regulatory agencies. She ensures that all graphics and supporting documentation meet not only regulatory requirements, but ESA’s standards of excellence as well.
Melissa participates in various forms of due diligence, environmental assessments, remedial investigations, and remedial actions. She additionally assists in Phase I Environmental Assessments, environmental walkthroughs, and other real estate property environmental improvements. Additionally, she conducts soil sampling, groundwater sampling, installation of wells, and soil excavations, as well as assisting in the creation of environmental figures for further environmental analysis.
Melissa is 40-hour HAZWOPER certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Geoscience and a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)/Spatial Analysis from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
