Zak Levin manages Preliminary Assessments (PA), Site Investigations (SI), Remedial Investigations (RI), Remedial Action Workplans (RAW), and Remedial Actions (RA) for issuance of Response Action Outcomes (RAO) for New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulatory compliance, including the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) and Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closures. Zak also oversees Transaction Screens, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Investigations, and other forms of due diligence.
In addition, Zak manages ESA’s indoor air quality services, including Indoor Environmental Health Assessments (IEHA) for New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) Child Care Center (CCC) regulatory compliance, as well as general mold assessments, asbestos building inspections, lead-based paint surveys, and radon testing.
Zak is a certified Mold Assessment Consultant, accredited Asbestos Building Inspector, and NJDOH licensed Indoor Environmental Consultant.
