Dave is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. He is responsible for overseeing technical staff in the management and execution of environmental investigation and remediation projects.  He works closely with LSRPs to ensure that all technical regulations are being followed in accordance with NJDEP laws and guidance, as well as interacting with clients on a daily basis to help guide them through the NJDEP Site Remediation Program. Dave has extensive experience with some of the most innovative methods of environmental investigation and remediation in the industry. He has managed 100+ projects by implementing in-situ soil and groundwater remedial technologies that have expedited the environmental clean-up process and thus reduced the total life-cycle project cost.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in business management and strategic decision-making. He is skilled in developing new market channels, managing client relationships, and managing projects on time and under budget. His leadership skills, coupled with his extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices, make him an asset in driving positive change within organizations and promoting environmentally responsible business practices.
