Business Development Manager

In her role as Business Development Manager at ESA, Christine Lezette is responsible for nurturing and leveraging existing strategic relationships and researching organizations and individuals to develop new business opportunities. She attends industry functions, calls on existing and prospective clients, and communicates closely with senior staff to share information on market and industry trends. Ms. Lezette also collaborates with ESA’s Director of Marketing to help implement strategies that communicate our unique value proposition to our target market segments and potential clients.

 

Christine Lezette comes to ESA with several years of experience in environmental consulting, having performed numerous Phase I/PAs and Phase II field studies for industrial, educational, retail, commercial, and residential facilities throughout New York and New Jersey. She leverages this extensive experience to help ESA’s clients successfully navigate the environmental challenges that inevitably arise when buying or selling impacted properties. Above all, Ms. Lezette prioritizes and furthers ESA’s mission of client advocacy.

 

Along with senior management, Christine Lezette actively represents the company through ESA’s memberships with the New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREW NJ), the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), and the Society of Women Environmental Professionals New Jersey Chapter (NJSWEP).
