ESA’s team of professionals realize that there is more required during property redevelopment than the standard due diligence report (“Phase I”) and its list of recommendations. That is why ESA offers several environmental services to satisfy developers during the planning stages of their project(s). ESA commonly combines our Phase I Environmental Site Assessment/Preliminary Assessment Report (P1/PAR) with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Wetlands Delineation, and Waste Characterization sampling to facilitate the planned disposal of materials to the appropriate off-site disposal facility. Our project management team customizes the environmental service plan to fit your redevelopment scope and timeframe based on the environmental impacts of your site. In cases where environmental site remediation is expected to be on-going post-development, our teams will provide on-site management alongside the construction teams to ensure existing remediation and post-remediation monitoring plans fit within the redevelopment site plans.
