With a strong background in environmental consulting, Christine brings extensive experience of remediation of brownfields, environmental due diligence, and compliance in New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection Site Remediation Program across diverse sectors, including industrial, educational, retail, commercial, and residential. Her technical expertise helps guide clients through the complexities of environmental challenges, particularly in the context of buying or selling impacted properties. Above all, she remains dedicated to advocating for ESA’s clients, ensuring their success in overcoming these critical issues.
Christine actively represents ESA in key industry associations, including the NAIOP NJ Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREW NJ), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) New Jersey Chapter, the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ), Urban Land Institute (ULI), New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA), New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), and the Society of Women Environmental Professionals New Jersey Chapter (NJSWEP).
