Colin McGarry
Colin McGarry has been in the environmental consulting field for over five year. His focus areas include environmental due diligence, site and remedial investigations, and remediation. Colin has conducted numerous Preliminary Assessments (PA), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Site Investigations (SI), and Remedial Investigations (RI). He has experience working on large remediation projects in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Much of Colin’s day-to-day work at ESA focuses on assisting with prospective property transactions/acquisitions, site redevelopment, and regulatory compliance and/or closure. Colin has experience working on a broad range of remedial projects including remedial excavations, bioremedial injections, in-situ remediation, and vapor mitigation systems.
Colin is OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour and US DOT/IATA certified. He is a member of the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists (AEG) and the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA). Colin holds an Associate of Science degree in Chemistry from Warren County Community College (WCCC) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience Engineering from Rutgers University – Newark. He is also a National Society of Leadership and Success alumni and former NJ STARS recipient.
