Dave is an accomplished environmental professional with more than 20 years of experience helping clients solve complex environmental challenges through innovative remedial strategies, risk-based site assessments, regulatory compliance evaluation, and effective project leadership. As Vice President of Technical Services, he oversees technical staff in the management and execution of environmental investigation and remediation projects, working closely with Licensed Site Remediation Professionals to ensure that work is performed in accordance with NJDEP regulations, guidance, and industry best practices.
In addition to his technical expertise, Dave brings a strong business and operational perspective to his work. He holds an MBA and is a PMP-certified project leader. This combination of technical, business, and project management experience allows him to approach each engagement with a focus on sound decision-making, disciplined execution, client service, risk management, and cost-effective outcomes.
