Joseph Novelli is one of ESA’s in-house Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs), working to help ESA’s New Jersey clients remain in compliance with environmental site remediation activities.

 

Joe has over 30 years of experience with site assessment, investigation, and remediation projects. His experience includes NJDEP Preliminary Assessments (PA), Site Investigations (SI), Remedial Investigations (RI); Remedial Action Workplans (RAW); Remedial Actions (RA) and Response Action Outcomes (RAO), with over 90 RAOs issued to date. He has also completed over 150 ASTM Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESA). His experience has mainly encompassed industrial and commercial properties. Joe was one of the first LSRPs licensed in October 2009, and he is also a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey since 1997. He received his BS and MS degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University in 1989 and 1996, respectively.

 

Joe holds OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour, 8-hour Supervisor, and NJDEP Underground Storage Tank Certifications.
